1.As a food flavor, Ethyl benzoate is mainly used to prepare fruit type edible essence such as blackcurrant, strawberry, cherry, banana, grape, etc., as well as non floral essences such as newly mowed grass and fragrant myrtle.
2.Ethyl benzoate is also used as a solvent for cellulose esters, cellulose ethers, resins, etc.
