Application
(1)3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane/KH-570 can improve the mechanical and electrical properties of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic resins containing inorganic fillers, especially those thermosetting resins cured by active free radical reaction and inorganic filled thermoplastic resins.
(2)3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane/KH-570 can significantly improve the dry and wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of unsaturated polyester composites filled with white carbon black, glass fiber, glass beads, silicate, metal powder, metal oxide and metal hydroxide.
(3)3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane/KH-570 can be copolymerized with vinyl acetate, acrylate and methacrylate monomers to synthesize silane modified polymers that can be crosslinked and cured at room temperature. These polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants to provide excellent adhesion and durability.
