(1)Glycidyl methacrylate is mainly used for powder coatings, thermosetting coatings, fiber treatment agents, adhesives, antistatic agent, vinyl chloride stabilizers, rubber and resin modifiers, ion exchange resins and adhesives for printing inks.

(2)Glycidyl methacrylate is used as a functional monomer for polymerization reactions. It is mainly used in the production of acrylic powder coatings, as a soft monomer for copolymerization with hard monomers such as methyl methacrylate and styrene. It can adjust the glass transition temperature and flexibility, improve the glossiness, adhesion, and weather resistance of the coating film. It is also used in the production of acrylic acid emulsions and non-woven fabrics. As a functional monomer, Glycidyl methacrylate can be used to manufacture photosensitive resins, ion exchange resins, chelating resins, medical selective filtration membranes, dental materials, anticoagulants, insoluble adsorbents, etc. It is also used for modifying polyolefin resins, rubber, and synthetic fibers.

(3)Due to the presence of both carbon carbon double bonds and epoxy groups within its molecules, Glycidyl methacrylate is widely used in the synthesis and modification of polymer materials. It is used as an active diluent for epoxy resins, a stabilizer for vinyl chloride, a modifier for rubber and resins, an adhesive for ion exchange resins and printing inks. It is also used in powder coating, thermosetting coating, fiber treatment agent, adhesive, antistatic agent, etc. In addition, GMA has significantly improved the adhesion, water resistance, and solvent resistance of adhesives and non-woven coatings.

(4)In terms of electronics, Glycidyl methacrylate is used for photoresist films, electronic wires, protective films, and far-infrared phase X-ray protective films. In terms of functional polymers, it is used for ion exchange resins, chelating resins, etc. In terms of medical materials, Glycidyl methacrylate is used for anti blood coagulation materials, dental materials, etc.
