Application
1.HVA-2, as a multifunctional rubber additive, can be used as both a vulcanizing agent and a co vulcanizing agent for peroxide systems during rubber processing. It can also be used as an anti scorching agent and a thickening agent, suitable for both general rubber and special rubber and rubber composite systems.
2.In natural rubber, HVA-2, when combined with sulfur, can prevent vulcanization from returning to its original state, improve heat resistance, reduce heat generation, resist aging, enhance the adhesion between rubber and cord, and increase the modulus of vulcanized rubber. HVA-2 is used in rubber such as shoulder rubber and buffer layer for load carrying tires, which can solve the problem of shoulder clearance in diagonal load tires. It can also be used for large-sized thick products of natural rubber and various rubber miscellaneous products.
3.HVA-2 can be used as an auxiliary vulcanizing agent in special rubbers such as chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, acrylic rubber, silicone rubber, and rubber blends. It can significantly improve the correlation performance, enhance heat resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature vulcanization systems. It can significantly reduce compression permanent deformation, reduce the amount of peroxide used, prevent the burning of rubber materials during processing, and improve the bonding strength between rubber materials, curtain lines, and metals.
4.HVA-2 is a sulfur free vulcanizing agent used for cable rubber. It can replace all sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents such as thiazoles and thiurams, solving the problem of copper wires and copper appliances turning black due to contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents.
