1.Plastic:N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone is used in UV curable coating formulations, it can form flexible and hard plastic films, which can improve the ductility and viscosity of high and low gloss coatings in the field of radiation medicine.
2.Wood:N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone can enhance the performance of scattering coatings in the furniture industry, adding NVP to anti UV coatings on wooden floors can provide physical properties equivalent to wax free flooring.
3.Papermaking:N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone can improve the flowability and reactivity of UB and EB cured coatings, meet the requirements of low viscosity and high reactivity, while maintaining curing properties.
4.Metal: As a UV coating diluent, N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone enhances activity in vinyl ether or acrylic functional crosslinking systems.
5.Ink:N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone can be used in the packaging market to accelerate production speed and reduce energy consumption, while meeting the performance requirements of screen ink.
6.Electronics:N-Vinyl-2-pyrrolidone can protect components such as cables and printed circuit boards by utilizing their fast processing and low-temperature handling characteristics.
