1.Triacetin is mainly used for cigarette filter tip-two plasticizer of cellulose acetate.
2.Triacetin is used for flavor and perfume, fixing agent and lubricating base of cosmetics.
3.Triacetin is also used for plasticizer and solvent for ink coating, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose and cellulose acetate butyrate, and used as self hardening agent for moulding sand in casting.
