Prodperty:Almost insoluble in general solvents at room temperature. However, it can be used as an additive for resins in dispersion state, gel state or solid state, or as an additive for color masterbatch, ink, paint, coating, etc. At or above the melting point of this product, it is soluble in mixed xylene, terpenes, paint coatings, naphtha, butanol, methyl solvents, and high boiling point solvents. But insoluble in boiling point solvents such as water, ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, and glycerol. It has characteristics such as high-temperature lubrication and low-temperature anti sticking, significantly improving the surface smoothness of the product.

1.EBS serves as an internal and external lubricant in many thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, with good smoothness and film release properties. In thermoplastic PUR injection molding, EBS also acts as an internal release agent, with a dosage of 0.1-1%. As a polyoxymethylene lubricant, the addition amount is 0.5%, which increases the melt flow rate and enhances the film removal performance.

2.Adding 1-3% EBS to the emulsion of synthetic resin and rubber has good anti sticking and anti caking effects, and can also be applied to rubber products such as automotive floor mats to increase surface gloss.

3.EBS can improve the heat resistance, weather resistance, flowability of polyester and polyamide fibers, and endow them with certain anti-static effects.

4.Adding EBS to phenolic resin for sand casting can serve as a release agent.

5.EBS serves as a pigment dispersant for plastics and chemical fiber masterbatches, such as ABS, PS, polypropylene, and polyester masterbatches. EBS can also be used as a diffusion powder for plastic color matching.

6.EBS can be used as a flow aid for powder coatings.
