Application

(1)1,3-Diphenylguanidine is mainly used as a medium speed accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

(2)1,3-Diphenylguanidine is commonly used as an activator for thiazole, thiuram, and hypoiodoyl accelerators. When combined with accelerators DM and TMTD, it can be used for continuous vulcanization.

(3)When 1,3-Diphenylguanidine is used as the second promoter of thiazole type accelerators, the aging resistance of the vulcanizate decreases, and appropriate anti-aging agents must be added.

(4)In chloroprene rubber, 1,3-Diphenylguanidine acts as a plasticizer and a plasticizer.

(5)1,3-Diphenylguanidine is not suitable for white or light colored products and rubber products in contact with food. 1,3-Diphenylguanidine is mainly used in the manufacturing of tires, rubber plates, shoe soles, industrial products, hard rubber, and thick wall products.

(6)The derivative of 1,3-Diphenylguanidine is a highly efficient rust inhibitor.

(7)1,3-Diphenylguanidine is also used as a crosslinking agent for plastics, a temperature indicator material, an auxiliary agent for ore flotation, a coating auxiliary agent, a polishing material auxiliary agent, a metal analysis reagent, and a building material auxiliary agent.
