Application
(1)3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane is applied to mineral filled phenolic, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resins, which can greatly improve and enhance the dry and wet bending strength, compressive strength, shear strength and other physical and mechanical properties and wet electrical properties of plastics, and improve the wettability and dispersion of fillers in polymers.
(2)3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane is an excellent adhesion promoter. It can be used in polyurethane, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic adhesives and sealing materials, improve the dispersion of pigments and improve the adhesion to glass, aluminum and iron metals. It is also suitable for polyurethane, epoxy and acrylic emulsion coatings.
(3)In resin sand casting, 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane can enhance the adhesion of resin silica sand and improve the strength and moisture resistance of molding sand.
(4)In the production of glass fiber cotton and mineral cotton, adding 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane to phenolic resin binder can improve moisture resistance and compression resilience.
(5)In grinding wheel manufacturing, 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane helps to improve the adhesion and water resistance of phenolic resin adhesive of wear-resistant self hardening sand.
