(2)3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane can improve the adhesion between epoxy resin and substrate, and improve the electrical properties of epoxy resin electronic materials, potting materials and printed circuit boards, especially in wet state.
(3)3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane is mainly used in unsaturated polyester composites, which can improve the mechanical properties, electrical
properties and light transmittance of composites, especially the wet properties of composites.
(4)The wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of glass fiber reinforced composites can be improved by soaking glass fiber with the coupling agent.
