Application
Zinc acrylate (CAS:14643-87-9) is an important organic chemistry.
Its main applications including:
1. As a peroxide bridging agent, Zinc acrylate increases the crosslinking density, accelerates the vulcanization process, shortens the vulcanization time, and also enhances the bonding performance with metals.
2. The vulcanized products can obtain salt-type crosslinking bonds, increase the hardness of the products, significantly improve the flexural performance, and enhance the elasticity.
3. Zinc acrylate can also be used in the sulfur vulcanization system to increase the tensile strength and improve the flexural performance.
4. This product has acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It is suitable for rubber types such as NBR, SBR, BR, EPDM, and EPM.
Storage
1. Store sealed in cool, dry ventilated warehouse at temperature below 25°C, avoid direct sunlight.
2. Keep containers fully closed to prevent moisture absorption and self-polymerization.
