1. 9 9-Bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl)fluorene is a high-performance aromatic amine curing agent for low-dielectric epoxy resin used in high-frequency PCB and semiconductor packaging.
2. 9 9-Bis(3-methyl-4-aminophenyl)fluorene is a key monomer for synthesizing heat-resistant polyimide and polyamide high-temperature engineering polymer materials.

Storage
