Application
(1)Diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is mainly used as a toughening agent and active diluent for epoxy resin, especially to endow bisphenol A resin with flexibility, elongation, and improve impact strength.
(2)Diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is widely used in materials such as epoxy resin castables, solvent-free coatings, impregnation adhesives, drip impregnation adhesives, and automotive electrophoretic coatings.
(3)As a cellulose modifier, Diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether can enhance the flexibility and dyeing properties of cellulose, and is suitable for finishing fabrics such as cotton, linen, and wool, increasing the tensile strength of fibers.
